The Role:The opportunity will be a full consultancy role and will require strong communication, sales, business development, negotiation skills with an ambitious and driven attitude.*Placing candidates into temporary roles within the Finance market from junior to senior levels*New business development *Client and Candidate liaison*Relationship building*Ability to meet daily/weekly targets in a highly pressurised environment*Client Visits*Interviewing, matching and sourcing candidates*Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all timesThe Person:The position of Recruitment consultant within this high calibre agency will require you to have had previous recruitment experience ideally within the Finance or a similar market.
