Description: Macildowie Associates are recruiting for a Regional HR Manager role to work for a forward thinking retail organisation who are a household name. Reporting to the Retail HR Manager this role is responsible to contribute to the development and delivery of the HR plan, to ensure that HR is fully integrated within and adds value to the business and to lead a regional team of HR Advisors to provide a professional and comprehensive service to the region. The Role You will be involved in developing the regional HR Strategy to business partner the operations team and the stores and to ensure that we proactively manage our key HR processes such as succession and resource planning, talent management, performance management and capability development. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified The Person This role requires the successful candidate to be influential, commercially aware and to possess strong communication skills with an ability to ensure action is taken by individuals outside of their immediate management. You will have a proven track record in managing people where coaching, staff development and team building have been demonstrated. A demonstrable progressive senior HR generalist experience is required for this role.
