The prime purpose of this role is to develop and manage your own portfolio of clients placing recruitment advertising. You will be dealing with HR professionals in medium to large organisations in both public and private sectors. This role offers massive uncapped earnings potential for those who are hard working and focused. We are looking for a proven track record in the same or a similar role within the advertising agency field and you will most likely have already tasted success and the rewards that come with it.We expect results and hard work however, this is an outstanding opportunity if you have what it takes. We expect the right candidate to earn in excess of £45K in the 1st year and beyond that thereafter.
