Description: Purchase Ledger ClerkOur client, one of the UK’s leading building companies, currently seeks a motivatedpurchase ledger clerk to join their expanding team.The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.The benefits of this role include: 25 days holidays as well as a study support package.As the Purchase Ledger Clerk your main responsibilities would be:i)Posting nominal expense entries onto the accounts systemii)Paying weekly expensesiii) Ensuring all expense claims are correctly authorisediii) Checking VAT on expense claimsiii) Supporting the purchase ledger departmentThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in an accounting environment as well as excellent Excel skills.
