My client, a leading company based in Stockport, is currently looking for a Project Engineer to work alongside the Project Manager and to assist in the whole project life cycle. You will be designing and building engineering solutions to customer’s specifications, gathering requirements of the project and controlling time, cost and quality of individual projects. Based mainly in their head office, some on site visits throughout the UK is involved. This company is a leading supplier of control and automation systems to different industries and many blue chip clients. To be considered for this role you must have strong experience in systems design (process control system) and experience in working on the whole project life cycle (project management). You have knowledge of producing specifications through to acceptance testing of electronic systems. Additional knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC would be an advantage. You must be educated to HNC or BTEC level in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. In return you will be offered a generous basic salary of up to £30,000k depending on experience plus benefits including 24 days holiday, pension, sick scheme and bonus scheme.
