The Role:
Your role is to administer application forms on behalf of external clients.
This involves answering the phone and dealing with enquiries from clients such as the service the company provides and updates on their individual applications.
The administration involves dispatching registration packs, checking of the application forms, liaising with the client and applicant regarding further information required for the completion of the form. Liaising with clients to monitor the process of the application form.
This is a varied role so the need for flexibility in adapting to an ever changing environment is essential.
