You will need to have completed several projects at black belt level of a continuous process improvement nature and be able to quantify these with evidence of the savings made, the role will be that of a challenging nature with a high degree of culture change as the bank moves forward with it's pursuit of excellence. This opportunity will require you to be extremely resilient and able to promote a positive message sometimes in difficult and ever changing circumstances.
