Description: Valuation Surveyor- Worcester to £35,000 + Benefits My client, a well known surveying practice seeks a person to residential valuations and homebuyers reports as well as commercial valuations for secured lending purposes. It is not so important that you have commercial valuation experience just that you are already chartered, have done valuation work and would like to forge your career into working in both the residential and commercial valuations area. They will provide you with full support so that you are able to take on this kind of work readily in the future. They have an excellent reputation in the area and the team are close knit and work well together. This may suit a person that currently commutes to Birmingham from Worcestershire or perhaps someone that has no desire to make the commute in the first place!
