Description: Lettings Manager Our client, a leading source of advice and specialist services within the residential property management sector, requires an experienced Lettings Manager to expand their Lettings Department.A team of experienced Lettings Negotiators is already in place so the successful lettings manager will be required to undertake the following duties:-Supervise the activity of Lettings Negotiators, offering advice and guidance on lettings issues as required.-Oversee the profitability of the lettings department, ensuring letting negotiators reach targets and let the maximum number of residential properties possible.-Advise on market value of potential property to let, ensuring letting negotiators offer clients the most achievable rental income possible.-Expand the business further through marketing and networking.The successful lettings manager will have a minimum of 5 years previous lettings experience and a proven track record within estate agency.
