Description: Support Analyst - Berkshire - XP, Vista, Server 03 - £15,000 to £22,000Austin Fraser are looking for a Support Analyst. This position involves 1st to 3rd line support offering a good platform, to begin or continue your IT career.The responsibilities for the Support Analyst will include, on site support at customer sites, (approximately 25% of the job will be at customer sites) in the local area. My client preferably, would like somebody with good customer facing skills and the position can vary from printer fix, to a server install. It would be advantageous if you have experience of XP vista and server 03, although not essential as on the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
