Description: Senior Applications support engineer required for Microsoft & SQL back-end support. Widely varied market & bespoke applications running in a predominantly Microsoft environment. This is an opportunity for a well established apps support analyst to develop his skill set in a demanding and challenging environment. This position also comes with some SAP & Sharepoint training to increase you're skills base. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :- Troubleshooting and problem resolution Software enhancements Updating and maintaining our knowledge base software Execute change management tasks in line with defined processes Configuration management & version control.
