Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Applying your talent for administration, in this role you will be responsible for providing a quality, responsive service and full support to our client's customer base and the customer services team. This role will require an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate who has excellent communication skills, and strong organisational skills. In this varied role, as a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:- managing faxes, forwarding orders to the relevant team member and storing copies- dealing with emailed orders- checking and processing customer orders, sales orders- resolving any price queries with customers before processing begins- communicating with the scheduling department regarding changes to orders- liaising with internal staff across a range of departments to ensure the timely processing of ordersTo succeed as a Customer Service Administrator you must have previous administration experience with a full working knowledge of MS Offices, ideally gained within a customer services environment. Preferably you will also be educated to A level standard (or equivalent).Any knowledge of export procedures would be beneficial, as would experience using EDI and Fourth Shift systems - but this isn't essential as training will be provided.
