An enthusiastic & energetic NVQ Assessor/Trainer is required to join our team, dedicated to delivering the best possible service to our clients in vocational and competency based training.Requirements:Occupationally competent to assess Management NVQ to level 4At least three years recent assessing & training delivery experienceOn the job training experience is essential to both train and instruct candidatesYou must hold either an A1 or D32/D33 award V1 and Learning & Development awards desirableIdeally you will have previous Middle Eastern experienceIf you have a Learning & Development NVQ Certificate it would be an advantage You will have an enthusiastic and ‘can do’ approach.The successful applicant will be working in assessing & training up to Senior Management level and therefore excellent presentation and communication skills are required.This is a new and exciting opportunity to introduce management vocational qualifications to a key business in the oil industry in Kuwait.Salary details : £34k Tax Free + Free Accommodation + Car + Flight Allowance
