Description: Room Leader required for setting based in Teddington to work in the Baby Unit. This Nursery offers excellent opportunities for training, development and further education, please dont delay in sending your CV. The room leader is a key worker who is qualified at NVQ3 or above and has had a number of years in childcare. This person is responsible for providing the highest quality of care and education for the children and the highest level of communication and support to parents and assisting others in doing the same. This person will be expected to manage teacher-led activities, lead children in both small and large groups. This person is a leader of staff and should ably and enthusiastically maintain an environment that promotes the goals of the room and the Nursery. This person should be seen as a leader who has excellent skills with both children and parents as well as staff.
