We’relooking for a proactive Warehouse Manager to join our passionate team of highlymotivated individuals at Secretsales.com.Reporting directly to the ManagingPartners, the Ecommerce Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervisingand working to achieve the efficient processing of Secret Sales Online orderswithin agreed timescales and directing innovative solutions to evolve thecompany’s operations.Accountability and Impact on theBusiness1. Supervise and work to ensuredelivery of an efficient internet pick/pack/dispatch process.ImpactAchieve the delivery timescalesexpected by Secret Sales customers.Promote the excellent level ofservice required to build internet trade.Plan for future order quantitiesand monitor and place orders for required packaging.2. Maintain an accurate SecretSales stock file, through control of incoming and outgoing stock.Performing stock checks andinvestigating discrepancies. Managing the location of incoming stock, andplanning space for incoming deliveries.ImpactMinimise stock loss and achieve thestock take targets.3. Work with Customer Services toensure fulfillment of orders, and recognise and recognise issues quickly andefficiently.ImpactAchieve the required order fulfillmenttargets.4. Monitor and feedback to the ManagingPartners all the warehouse procedures. Recognise where improvements can bemade.ImpactDirect impact on future trade andachievement of sales targets. Developing efficient procedures, allowing theprocessing of higher volumes of orders.5. Assist with the training anddevelopment of new team members.ImpactAchieve and maintain consistency ofall packing and delivery standards of excellence.The successful applicant must havethe ability to prioritise workload during key selling periods in order toachieve delivery timescales, requesting extra resources if required. They willalso be required to assist the Managing Partners with the planning of anyurgent or special tasks. They will be required to provide feedback on existingprocesses, and possible solutions to overcome any barriers to achieving theexpected delivery service and management of stock. The successful applicant will needto be able to make decisions relating to day to day operations, taking intoaccount workload and priorities. They will refer to the Managing Partners whenwanting to implement significant changes to current procedures, or requestextra resources. They will maintain goodcommunication with Customer Services team; providing updates on workload,processing of orders and stock levels.
