Description: Hr Advisor required by Coventry based manufacturing company for an immediate start.The role responsibilities are:·Advising Managers on all areas of employment law·Grievance and disciplinaries·Redundancy and restructures·TUPE·Training·Liaising /working closely with trade unionsYou will need to be an experience HR Advisor, preferably with manufacturing background and have a strong and pleasant personality.
