We are looking for Customer Services Advisors to help us achieve our goal of providing customers with an unrivalled personal home shopping experience. Our client is a major home shopping brand and household name. Your main day to day role will be placing calls and promoting products to an existing customer base, answering calls from customers, identifying their needs and representing the company in a polite, efficient and friendly manner. Choose us and we can offer you £12,616.50 per year along with 25 days holiday and a generous bonus scheme. We have full-time positions available which will involve working Monday to Friday 13:00-21:00. These are permanent positions based at our Preston site. Key responsibilities; - Handle customer calls, establish rapport, identify individual's needs, recommend appropriate products and benefits - Achieve targets, enabling excellent levels of sales and achieve the specified KPI's - Sell Financial Service products compliantly and enter into order processing system - Maintain competence, in accordance with the FSA regulatory requirements for General Insurance. - Take ownership of problems to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction We value dedication, creativity, flair and passion.
