Description: Would you like the opportunity to work in a fresh modern environment?An exciting new role has become available for an Ordering and Logistics Coordinator based in Guildford.Summary:The ordering and Logistics Coordinators primary function is to ensure that needed equipment is ordered and delivered to meet the needs of customers projects on all UK test environment sites.Main tasks and responsibilities will include: *Working with engineers to define the required equipment*Providing equipment pricing information for business cases*Creating orders in the various ordering systems*Ensuring asset numbers are assigned to all new equipment*Regularly performing asset checks against equipment*Track and follow up on the progress of orders*Keep engineers and staff informed of delivery information*Work with ETL order office to continually improve working methods*Update and maintain all records*Provide cover for the Team Secretary when necessary in all general administration.Looking for a good all round administrator with excellent IT skills practically in excel, and experience in SAP would be a bonus.If you would like to apply for this role please send your CV to cristie.cooper@projectpeople.comProject People Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
