Description: Job Focused Tutor -to carry out pre clients interviews, .explain training on offer & requirements of the scheme.Identify client barriers Co ordinate delivery of induction training, Liaise with clients suitable for placements/employment, identify clients salary.location,skills etc.. Identify possible client needs for specilaist support and facilitate contact including drug and alcohol rehab. Provide clients with on going mentoring and support. Will participate in observation process , attend meetings must comply with standards and procedures of the quality manual . Professional qualifications essential Diploma in delivering Professional Qualifications Diploma in delivering Learning City7 Guilds level 3 7302 Excellent verbal and written cummunications skills . must have strong customer service acumen
