Have a ‘ can do’ attitude and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations is a must together with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.A high - volume use of business development techniques, including Cold Calling, Speculative calls on behalf of candidates, client visits and marketing as required.Interviewing variety of candidates using biographical and competency based interviewing.Matching candidates with clients’ vacancies.The ideal candidate:.Training will be given.
