HR Administrator, Crawley, Part-time, Permanent, c£18,000 salary FTEA fantastic opportunity working 3 days per week, Mon - Wed.Our client, a highly recognisable leading services firm, requires a HR Administrator to join their busy Head Office team in Crawley. This permanent existing position, which is on a part-time basis working 3 days per week 9:00 - 5:30, requires an individual with solid Admin experience to work within a team of administrators dealing with the firm's c2500 multi sited employees, and provide a supportive service to the HR function within the business in order to ensure that all the HR administration processes are efficiently and effectively completed. You do not need any HR or Recruitment experience, essential requirements for this HR Administrator role include; a solid Administration background dealing with High Volumes, evidence of Mailmerge, Outlook management, excellent attention to detail, evidence of creating letters to a high volume, database management, ability to work in team and independently, good interpersonal skills, effective organisation and excellent IT skills.You MUST be able to evidence having worked in a pressured environment, dealing with high volume work loads and working to deadlines. **Also have been with most recent employer for one year or more.**
