Description: We are currently recruiting for a Global blue chip information technology company that has been a long term FTSE one hundred company, they have the vision to coach, develop and promote internally. This position will receive work direction from the assigned Learning Delivery Technical Support Team Leader. Support is to the the company organisation's internal and external customers, and should be delivered effectively and efficiently in line with the work instructions for this role. Responsibilities Ø Adhere to procedures, Agreement for Courses (Ts and Cs) and Business Conduct Guidelines Ø Primary Interface for all technical support functions labs and classrooms Ø Ensure all classroom kit at the company is in good working order Ø Ensure all faulty classroom kit is logged and shipped for repair through Service point. Track and monitor progress of faulty kit through to completion and return Ø Act as asset delegate for Courseware team leader Ø Respond within 15 Minutes and drive to resolution all Technical classroom issues at labs reported via the Helpdesk or otherwise Ø Hiring Kit when required from rental company requesting quotes, raising a Purchase Orders and chasing approvals Ø Check and download classroom image from central repository and deliver technical images Ø Build relationship, interface and report any print quality issues to printing supplier Ø Print and distribute Instructor Guides on request to Instructors, Business Partners and Authorised Training Partners Ø Create, update and Document Technical process guidelines where required Ø Assist team to own and respond to technical questions, queries and issues in the technical task id, and action as appropriate Ø Attend weekly meetings to review customer and instructor satisfaction feedback and assist with tracking and resolution of any issues. Ø Attend weekly meetings to liaise with the Delivery Support team to review up coming classes and any issues that may require additional support, feed back any additional info or highlight any potential problems. Ensure that any issues with class images are tracked and fed back to offering managers in order that fixes or solutions can be applied. Skills: Experience working in a technical support role.
