One of the biggest in healthcare, this is a global multi-technology company and a household name.Arare opportunity has come available for a customer focussed regionalservice manager to lead a team of engineers providing customer supportfor the Eastern UK.The main focus of this role is to managecustomer satisfaction, liaise with various internal departments toensure successful integration of service and ensure service contractsare controlled to profitability. You will handle day to daymanagement of engineers as well as completing annual appraisals andensure engineers have up to date relevant training.Candidatesshould have experience in a similar role, preferably within thehealthcare market. You should be a strong communicator with solid manmanagement skills and have proven ability to deal with problems andescalations, resolving them in a timely manner for customers and theCompany.
