Working in a specialist niche market that is based around sales recruitment, this company has a UK wide client base and a small team of Recruitment Consultants each working within a specified geographical patch.The role will involve complete management of the office including Profit and Loss, target setting, team management and development, monthly one to one meetings, sales team meetings etc. You will have complete autonomy as the Owner and Managing Director of the business will be taking a step back from the direct running of the company.With over 7 years in business and a strong regional presence, this is a fantastic opportunity for an upbeat, sales individual to really drive the business forward.Roles and responsibilities:*Manage your own geographical patch, taking over a very established client base with in excess of 200 active jobs*Manage all advertising budgets and online advertising sites including allocation of credits to each team member*Deal with any accounts disputes and resolutions*Set weekly KPIs and incentives for team*Achieve individual and also team monthly revenue targets*Maintain a professional but fun atmosphere in the officeFor this role, you must have at least 3 years Permanent Recruitment Consultant experience coupled with Team Leader / Managerial experience.
