Description: Must be at least 18 years old, have good communication skills, be flexible with working hours & be a team player. Must be honest, have a caring nature, have the ability to keep calm under pressure & be discreet & reliable. NVQ 2 is preferred although not essential, as NVQ training in Care will be provided. Being responsible for the physical, emotional & social needs of residents in a caring, kind & respectful manner preserving dignity & self respect at all times.
