Description: Can you stay motivated and manage your own work load?Do you have the ability to treat each customer as the first?Our client are currently recruiting for a Customer Options Consultant who will be responsible for calling or writing to customers who are wanting to cancel, surrender or transfer their plans to give them an informed service on what other options are available to them.The ideal candidate will have the ability to:Communicate effectively and clearly listen to the customers.Absorb vast amounts of knowledge and be able to relay this information in a clear and concise wayRetain customers through delivering high standards of customer serviceStay positive and motivated.Be open minded and have good questioning skills, especially when dealing with customers who have already made up their minds.Experience in a call centre is essential as is having the confidence on the phone to discuss options with customers and retain their business. A GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths is essential and a background in Financial Services would be desirable.
