Description: We are pleased to announce that we are recruiting for a facilities management professional to work for a well-known service-provider on a high-profile Client Account.The Client contract covers all FM services, Hard and Soft, and involves 3 campus sites – 2 in the South and one in the North West of England. The role involves a total review of all service contracts and procedures, with potential contract tenders and performance reviews. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and change, and will develop and implement a standardised FM strategy across the Client sites. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for ensuring any changes are managed effectively and sensitively with regards to staffing issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety aspects of service provision are championed across the account.This is an exciting role with opportunity to develop and build a strong profile with a well-known brand. Skills / Qualifications:The successful candidate for this position will have proven experience in contract tender and procurement, developing FM service models and strategies, and procedure review. You will hold a BIFM membership, and will be qualified in a minimum of IOSH and relevant further education. Experience of TFM is essential for this position.
