The client prides themselves on there success being driven by their reputation for delivering exceptional customer service solutions.As the company embarks on the next stage of its expansion, the client is looking for an experienced Legacy Account Manager who wishes to embrace a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business at a very exciting stage.The Legacy Account Manager will operate and manage all accounts within your portfolio as directed by the Managing Director. This includes direct contact with your clients and designated Team Leaders. This is a pro active business development role that includes on-going management and assessment of the agreed contractual objectives of each specific programme.The Legacy Account Manager is to be instrumental in the creation of a mutually beneficial business relationships. A high degree of pro-activity is required to drive the programme successes throughout clients businesses. This involves a full understanding of clients businesses at all levels - in particular its trading strategy, company culture and training & development processes. To this end the successful candidate will be comfortable both in dealing with senior executives at board level and at local (store) level.Legacy Account Managers have full responsible for the on-going retention of the accounts and the development of each account and its revenue by way of cresting mutually beneficial opportunities with the client. Above all though a Legacy Account Manager must deliver successful programmes that provide exceptional value for money and a worthy investment.The role is office based, although external travel is required to meet the day to day activities of this role.
