Description: Campaign/Communications Manager Harbourside, BristolSalary circa £33,000 + excellent BensA challenging marketing opportunity exists for an experienced Campaign / Communications Manager to join HBOS FS as part of their dynamic Marketing Ops team. Your expertise and talent will be key to ensure the successful management and delivery of campaigns to the Intermediary market supporting the Clerical Medical brand and our core product ranges of investments, pensions and wealth management products. Able to project manage multiple campaigns incorporating the full communications mix, you must have a proven track record of managing and engaging with internal stakeholders (eg. proposition, product, sales, compliance), developing effective comms plans, briefing creative, media and DM agencies and delivering to time and budget. Whilst experience within the FS sector is preferred, this is not essential.Knowledge & skills:· Likely to be of graduate calibre and hold a professional qualification in Marketing or Business such as Chartered Institute Marketing or ACII.· Have 2-3 years experience within a marketing role and an understanding of the generic marketing mix (product, promotion, place & price)· Thorough understanding of FSA financial promotions guidelines and other regulatory requirements as they apply to own work and impact of not following them.· Good knowledge of the Customer Contract and its impact upon Product Development and Advertising and Promotions.· Ability to plan and structure own and others work ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed.
