Description: New role - Test and Verification Manager (MSS) is required for multinational telecoms organisation to start ASAP!The objective of the role is to manage a team of testers by leading all testing activities on the customer site.The main responsibilities of the role include:-Co-ordination of all verification activities on-site-Managing, and accounting, for test equipment (phones, SIMs etc.)-Attending a weekly progress update meeting with client representatives-Tracking and reporting on Testing progress, (using the MQC system), and providing input for the Verification weekly report-Assist with Test documentation (TCCL's, TI's, Test Reports and Customer Binder)-Attending a weekly progress update meeting with client representatives.The successful candidate for this role must display:-Previous exposure in a similar role with strong background of testing and verification of mobile networks.-Strong technical understanding of Ericsson technologies including MSS (Mobile Soft Switch)-Operational skills of MSC testing.-Operational knowledge of MQC Management tool - desired but not essential-Good management skill.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Based in Hertfordshire, 3 month rolling contract; competitive market rates.
