You will be required to communicate effectively and efficiently by e-mail as well as on the phone with customers as well as providing information to Management as appropriate to allow informed business decisions to be made. You will be responsible for providing out of hours phone service for emergency kit dispatches. There will be other general duties for the smooth running of the company.
