Description: Training Officer required to join the Learning and Development team. Reporting directly to the head of L&D you will have sole responsibility for 3 sites across the North of England. Liasing with the management team you will assess the companies training needs and ensure the necessary training is delivered. You will be competent using different training mediums dependant on the specific business needs whilst working autonomously in an operational capacity. Integrating with the management team you will oversee the training instructors and overall training function across the sites.Having gained experience as a trainer within a manufacturing or distribution environment you will be ready for the next step in your career. With a proven track record of results driven training you will have experience of the full training cycle with a focus on delivery and assessment of the training. You will understand the importance of adopting different styles of communication dependant upon the individual and have experience of a variety of training mediums. A confident and proactive individual you will have a flexible approach to work, with occasional overnight stays a necessity.My client, based in West Yorkshire are looking to recruit an experienced Training Officer to join their business.
