Description: A Human Resources Business Partner required to provide strategic and operational HR support to the business. You will operate within a generalist capacity dealing with recruitment, learning and development and employee relations. Working as part of a dedicated HR team you will be responsible for ensuring a proactive, highly valued HR services is provided.As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD qualified as a minimum and have operated previously within a Professional Services environment. You will have operated previously within a HR Business Partner role and have a breath of experience across a number of Human Resources areas such as Management training and coaching, employee relations, recruitment and selection and employment law. In addition you will be adept at influencing and communicating at all levels.My Client, a leading Professional Services Organisation has a requirement for a HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a progressive and expanding organisation.
