Description: Interim HR Advisor required for a 6-12 month contract. You will provide a help desk style HR service to divisional HR teams and line managers across the business. This will be a generalist role with responsibility for contracts of employment, resourcing, discipline and grievance, retirement and termination, induction and learning and development. You will ensure organisation is compliant with employment law and policies and procedures are up to date. You will manage case files from start to finish.The successful candidate will be immediately available with a maximum of 1 week's notice. You will have a proven background withi9n a generalist Human resources role. A HR qualification is desirable with an advanced understanding of employment law and HR practice. You will be able to prioritise your workload in a pressurised environment and have a flexible approach with employees. You will work within a pressurised customer focused environment.This organisation is a well established business based in Central West Bromwich with an open and friendly culture. This company offers parking on site and is also easily accessible by public transport. Hours of work are 8.30am - 5pm.<br><b> Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
