Description: PRINCIPAL PROJECT MANAGER ! Ericsson is a world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators globally. You will join a srong team of PM's who deliver projects from Pre-sales through the customer acceptance. Responsible for excellent relationships with the Key stakeholders and especially the end Customer. You will take on critical projects and be responsible for replicating successes across other customers. The projects involve delivering new Software upgrades, integration and migration with heavy customer involvement.. You will be responsible for the successful realisation of your project deliverables, and the full satisfaction of your customer > MUST HAVE Extensive experience of delivering EXTERNAL Customer Projects. > Budget responsibility of over £5m, or Multiple £1-2m projects running simultaniously. > You must have led Projects in their full life cycle on Customer site. > Extensive/Daily exposure to Change and risk Management issue's/Processes > High-level understanding of telecoms market.> You will have a strong commerical awareness to recognise alternative solution and service offering opportunites to existing customer base.> Proven use of a structured project management methodology (Ericsson PROPS or Prince 2 or PMP) > Drive to deliver results. > Ability to grasp technologies. > An ability to communicate at all levels.
