Description: Excellent opportunity for an experienced Trainer  to join this rapidly expanding financial services company .You will be reporting directly to the training manager in devising, analysing and evaluating training needs and also deliver areas of the programme especially to employees at management level. You will be dealing with the training and induction of all new recruits and will be working within a call/contact centre business environment.You will also be responsible for delivering sales training and coaching sessions so previous experience in this area is also essential.There will be elements of coaching and people development within the role so previous experience working within a similar environment is essential,This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own career and grow the training programme both sideways and upwards.My client are investing heavily into the learning and development side of the business and have big plans to continue to develop the workforce.
