Description: This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager in a high profile fast paced business. You will need to provide a proactive, professional and effective HR management service to support the business in achieving its ongoing objectives. To help develop the business as the ?Employer of Choice? within the Exercise and Wellness industry and ensure the whole business really values the contribution made by the HR team to its ongoing success. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for:· HR Strategy: · Employee Relations: · HR Internal Communication: · Performance Management: · Pay and Reward: · Leadership: · Administration: · HR Policy and Procedure: · Financial Management: Key Requirements: Of course - you need to be a super star with a real understanding of what makes a difference...You also need:· To be CIPD qualified (or equivalent qualification).· Have expertise in UK employment law and practices.· Must have previous Senior HR operational experience (Ideally across a large number of sites, including integration experience).· A willingness to challenge the norm, innovate and a real drive to deliver excellent customer service to all staff.· Good understanding of HR database operations. Demonstrated ability to manage and really motivate/inspire a team.
