Due to the continuing growth and success of the Company, they are looking to recruit a Senior Lead Installer/ Works Foreman to undertake the installation of aluminium curtain walling windows and doors. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising/ training of installers within their team. You should promote good communication with the contract manager to ensure the highest possible standard is achieved. The candidate should have a proven experience within the fenestration industry (commercial sector preferred).You should be a confident and credible communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and work colleagues, and have proven leadership qualities.
