The company is part of a large stable group and expects to exceed its £55M t/o target.The company has recently been awarded 2 new major projects in Aberdeen and Edinburgh with a third coming to fruition.THE ROLEA prestigious newly created position for a Senior Contracts Manager / Construction Manager to manage the company's new developments in Scotland. The projects are all fast-track hotel design and build through to fit-out construction.Overseeing all pre-construction, pricing, agreement, construction, delivery and handover.
