Description: RESEARCHER – Telesales/Data Cleansing(3 positions – all full time)My client, based in Liss in Hants, is looking to appoint Researchers to work at their data centre.The company is a contract catering services company operating from Aberdeen to Portsmouth and are in the process of setting up a research team to do a total data cleanse of their existing database.These roles involve cold calling from the database and gathering information and finding out the correct person within the company to speak to and then to gather information about their contracts; incumbent, review dates etc.Then you would be required to update the database ready for the information to be passed on to one of the Telesales Agents so accuracy and attention to detail is very important in these roles.These are opportunities for people who want to further their career and have the motivation to really succeed.They are a growing company and there would be the opportunity to rise either in telesales or sales within the communications department.Working hours are either 8.30am – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm, full training and development programmes.Basic salary of £15k for the first three months rising to £18k thereafter plus a bonus of £250 per month if targets are reached.
