Description: Client Manager / Relationship Manager Factoring and Invoice Discounting, ManchesterBackground from with the Factoring or Invoice Discounting Industry or from Retail or Business or Commercial Banking.Our Client is a Division of a major UK Bank. With an established presence in the Factoring and Invoice Discounting Market our client needs Relationship Managers to cope with recent rises in New Business levels. As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of 40-80 Commercial Relationships with T/Os of 1-25 million. Although you will not have responsibility for New Business you will be targeted to maintain and hopefully increase income levels derived from the portfolio. You will also be responsible for the Credit and Risk aspects of the relationship within defined parameters as set by UK credit.On a daily basic you will spend 2-3 days a week either in the office or home-based and the remainder of the week visiting existing clients. To succeed in this profession you will need to be good at what you do; you will have a proven track record; you will know the value of good preparation, individual initiative and hard work; you will also be ambitious and want a challenging career.Ideally you will have a background from with the Factoring or Invoice Discounting Industry or from Retail or Business or Commercial Banking.In return you will be offered a competitive basic salary, an open ended performance bonus, pension scheme and generous share options.
