Description: Our client a world market leader in power tools is bolstering its product support/service department and is looking to recruit a technical support advisor.Your main roles & responsibilities will be to provide telephone support assistance on all service aspects from technical advice to warranty support for branded power tools. In particular, assist dealers or end users on specifics such as, fault diagnosis with machines, advise spare part numbers from technical drawings, provide a solution for customers whose issues cannot be resolved over the phone, recommend the best tool and accessories for the specific customer requirement.You must have excellent customer service & communication skills with professional telephone manner so you can effectively deal with end users, retailers & management. A positive can / will do attitude is essential along with good Microsoft office skills, candidates that have come from a power tool, DIY/Hardware trading or mechanical tool background would be seen as ideal.Excellent training & benefits are available with this opportunity.
