Description: Service Team Manager for Premiership Car Dealership - Berkshire Salary: 32K realistic OTE Location: Berkshire Are you a Senior Service Advisor/Service Team Leader fed up of being in a lower league and looking for promotion? Are you looking to strike out on your career progression or to defend your excellent motor trade skills? Can you keep more than one ball up in the air at a time and keep a clean sheet with savings? This well established Prestige Motor Trade Dealership has an opening for Service Team Manager to join their successful organisation, ideally you will have four-five years service experience and have experience of dealing in a prestige environment. You will need to be a confident relationship builder dealing with customers at all levels, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the companys objectives and targets. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customers satisfaction. Duties include - Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception - Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs - Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out. - Delegating work to 4 technicians ensuring workshop is at full capacity and that deadlines and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a high quality service to the customer You must also hold a full UK driving licence.
