Description: Position:Branch / Depot Supervisor – Construction IndustryLocation: South East, Basingstoke, HampshireSalary: Competitive salary, 25 days holiday, and the option to participate in the company’s Pension Scheme and Share Incentive Plan.The Company:The Insulation Express brand is a new exciting development for SIG Insulations, part of SIG plc.We are opening a new branch in Basingstoke and are looking to recruit a Branch Supervisor.The Role:This role of Branch Supervisor is a “hands on” position assisting the Branch Manager with the day to day running of the depot ensuring its success.Primarily the duties of the Branch Supervisor will be to communicate with customers both face to face over the trade counter and by telephone.Sales and Purchase order entry into the computer is an important aspect of the role. You will also as and when required be loading and unloading vehicles. The Branch Supervisor will take full responsibility for the depot in the Branch Managers absence.Experience & Attributes:As a Branch Supervisor you will have excellent communication and organisational skills along with good interpersonal skills. Previous sales and/or industry experience would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided to the successful candidate. A fork truck licence and previous experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.The CompanyInsulation Express has been developed in direct response to the changing nature of the construction industry particularly in major conurbations and areas of high level building activity.
