Their product range extends across manyareas; thus they have some of the UK’s most popular superbrands and a long history.They now require a TECHNICAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN/ ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE CLEANER to work at their state-of-the-art Leeds facility.THE ROLETo ensure that the site has a high level of general maintenance, cleanliness and decorationHigh level cleaning, in all process and production area's, upkeep of general decoration of large modern siteIssue HSE permits to contractors, carry out risk assessments before any cleaning or decoration work is undertakenTHE INDIVIDUALGood safety awareness and knowledgeTrained in use of harness use and inspection, ladder and step safety, understanding of Working at Height regulations, awareness of PUWER and risk assessment trainingIdeally have approved training in PASMA (Prefabricated access suppliers and manufacturers association) and approved training IPAFWHY APPLY?This is an excellent opportunity to work at a state-of-the-art manufacturingsite. Working within a stable team of engineers in this clean and modern factoryworking on a 4 on x 4 off 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. days / nightsshift pattern.Successful applicants will be offered a starting salary c. £24,000 pa. +company pension, 26 days holiday, flexible benefits package + uniform andsafety boots.
