You need to be able to look at every angle and advise on effective solutions based on products within this company's portfolio. Focusing on Cisco Unified Communications you must have a good grasp of technologies within the set and routing and switching.Technically you must:Have a relevant Cisco certification - CCVPHave good Cisco IPT knowledge - Call Manager, Unity, IPCC Express, Cisco Unified Comms.Have a good appreciation of associated technologies - eg wirelessThis is an immediate requirement for a consultant wanting to work with the latest technologies scoping high level design solutions for enterprise & SME clients.
