Experienced Customer Service Team Leader/ Customer Service Manager/ Customer Service Supervisor/ Customer Service Line Manager/ Customer Service/ Our client is a business that combines creativity and innovation with sound ideas and a comprehensive knowledge of the market place. Our Client through the use of their dedicated services, are able to offer in-house solutions for mail (including data management), international courier, airfreight and sea freight, imports, warehousing, and European and domestic distribution.As part of the product portfolio, our client logistics team are responsible for the management of storage and pick and pack for their clients. From initial enquiry through to despatch of product the Team Leader will be responsible for a small team of 4, ensuring that SOP are carried out to the clients requirements. The Team Leader will liaise with the Logistics Operations Manager to ensure that work is processed on time. Excellent organisational and customer service ability are essential for this role, as well as previous supervisory experience. Previous use of stock control systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training would be given.
