Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for large outsourcing organisation based in Hartlepool. We are looking for a spanish inbound sales advisor to join their busy team. The role will involve taking inbound calls from spanish customers, dealing with a variety of queries, promote special offers, up sell and cross sell products and services available to maximise your sales opportunities whilst ensuring good customer service is delivered.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven customer service background, good sales experience and good communication skills. It is essential that you are fluent in Spanish.This is a full time role, hours are 11am - 8pm Monday - Friday with occasional weekends.
