Description: My client is a food production based company supplying major blue chip customers. They require an experienced Production Supervisor who will take responsibility for a specific section of the business including c20 staff, responsible for production targets, line efficiencies and staffing. It would be advantageous if the successful candidate had a production background from within the food industry but this is not set in stone. You will be self-motivated, have good team building / management skills with a can do attitude.
