Description: Customer Service/Account Executive - £18k basic + excellent benefits. Mon - Fri hours between 8am - 5pm (8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm) Office based account executive role for a leading logistics company based in the Old Trafford area of Manchester. This challenging role will see you take control of a portfolio of large business accounts within which you will be responsible for effectively managing the customer relationship and delivering sustained customer satisfaction. Ensuring a consistent service is delivered to meet customer needs and provide real value for money. Handling escalated issues and complaints whilst using negotiation skills to arrive at a satisfactory resolution for customer and company. The successful applicant will require experience of working in a business to business customer service/account mgmt role which has involved handling escalated issues, negotiation and relationship mgmt.
